There is a simple promise that if we get the inside right the outside will take care of itself!  Like in all sorts of positive ways!   So be kind to you, yourself!  Charity starts at home.  This is not selfish, you will have more to give others and for a longer period of time.  Read, run, meditate!  What does this mean?  Simple, four minutes of reading someone smarter than you, any sacred text or your own journal, run or walk, do something with your body and meditate, have quiet time to tune into self and tune out all distractions outside of yourself, 15 minutes daily is enough.  This will make you happier and more at peace. ;$)
